I recently managed to get one of these loose, so i have info about the figure itself, but not the card. Her hair and eyelashes are painted a lighter, redder color than on #2; but other than that and the lack of a stripe down the side of her jumpsuit, she essentially looks like the photos below. I will post pictures as soon as i find the cable to my camera :)

April #2 wears an all-yellow jumpsuit with a blue stripe down the sides, and a white belt & boots. You can see in the top left photo that there is very little detail in the orange square on the card behind her. The close-up top right shows that her nose is small and her hair is flat & relatively without style. The 2 smaller images at left are close-ups of the gray "action lines" that embellish the pictures on the front of the card. The image at right shows that the back of the card includes the story of the Turtles in addition to pictures of a few figures.
此二版为黄衣带蓝色边条，配白色腰带和白色靴子，人物鼻子姣小但是无发型。板卡上放人物的橘色矩形区域无任何细节点缀，板卡上人物绘图后有灰色渲染勾线。板卡后有故事介绍。

April #3's jumpsuit is yellow with orange cuffs, collar, & pockets, and has orange & blue stripes down the sides. Notice the addition of the "PRESS" pass over her left breast. Her belt & shoes are orange. Like #2, there is very little detail in the orange square on the card behind her. The close-up top right shows that her nose is broader than #2's and her hairstyle much perkier & cuter. The images on the bottom row here show that the card is identical to that of #2.
第三版的服装仍为黄色，袖口、衣领、口袋为橘色，工作服边条为橘色勾蓝线，腰带和靴子也为橘色，胸口有报社标志。板卡上放人物的橘黄色区域仍无任何细节点缀。要注意的是，三版的鼻子比二版的鼻子要略为大一些，发型要比前面两版都漂亮得多。板卡下方内容同于第二版。

The #4 figure is identical to #3: same mold, same paint job. The only differences are on the card; note the prominent "explosion" that occupies the formerly blank space behind her. At left you see that the new card lacks the gray "action lines" of the previous cards; and at right you see that the story has been replaced with pictures of the many more figures they now have for sale.
4版人物外形与三版一致，使用的相同的模具，上色也是一样的。唯一的区别是板卡，板卡上放人物的橘黄色区域有爆炸的冲击波气浪点缀，板卡正面的人物绘图没有渲染勾线，板卡背面的故事介绍被其他玩具系列介绍取代。

April #5 5" 1993, series 5, orange jumpsuit; purple stripe 第5号，93年第5系列，黄衣紫边条
April 5" 1992, green jumpsuit, came w/ April's News Van vehicle 92年绿色服装艾普利尔，这就是那种绿色服装的艾普利尔的来由，是和新闻车配套来的——这个虽然造型与以前的同，但是其实已经算单独的系列了。

就早期的艾普利尔而言（88造型），第一版初定，但无发型、服装单一、白色的靴子有一些突兀，这在后来都得到了进一步的完善，黄橘衣、黄鞋，有着微卷发型的艾普利尔显然更加漂亮。
这里要说的是，看这些内容的不要那我们所谓的“版”简单去套，国外玩家更讲究，有系列、造型、包装的区分，有时从初试版到最后被更多玩家接受需要逐渐的完善，但确实见证了一个玩具设计销售是一个商业过程。不过要把各版本收齐，真的是相当累的一件事情，只有让铁杆玩家去努力了，呵呵。
